I began my journey by receiving a B.A. in Elementary Education from Lees-McRae College and discovered my love for curriculum development while teaching in Hungary in 2018. This experience sparked my passion for designing impactful learning solutions that enhance learner comprehension and engagement.
I recently earned my M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology from The University of Tampa, where I honed my skills in visual design, e-learning development, and instructional strategies. This portfolio showcases a diverse range of projects, highlighting my expertise in instructional design, multimedia learning, and technology-driven training experiences.

My Goals
My goal as an Instructional Designer is to create innovative, learner-centered training that drives engagement and knowledge retention. By incorporating game mechanics into training, my focus and aim is to foster a sense of achievement that keeps employees engaged.
Additionally, I am focused on emerging technologies, particularly AI. I am committed to staying up to date with trends by exploring and integrating technologies such as virtual reality and AI-driven learning tools. My goal is to create immersive and personalized learning experiences that adapt to the individual needs of learners, using AI to provide tailored feedback and optimize the learning path. By leveraging these technologies, I aim to meet the continuously evolving needs of the learning and development field.
